High PROTEIN Ranch Dressing Recipe (No Fat)

If you love ranch dressing but hate the calories and/or garbage in most of the ranch dressings out there then you’ll love this high protein ranch dressing recipe! Quick to make, great tasting, AND healthy.

Here is the recipe:

6 Ounces (170g) Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
9 Tablespoons (140g) Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 Teaspoon Dill (I prefer Freeze Dried)
1 Teaspoon Parsley (I prefer Freeze Dried)
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Water (until desired consistency)
1/2 Scoop (15g) Natural Flavored Protein Powder (optional)

Calories in the whole recipe without the protein powder:

Calories: 180
Fat: 0g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 213mg
Carbs: 22g
Fiber: 1g
Sugar: 17g
Protein: 23g

Calories in the whole recipe with the protein powder:

Calories: 228
Fat: 0g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 360mg
Carbs: 23g
Fiber: 1g
Sugar: 17g
Protein: 34g

Combine and mix all of the ingredients together. Add in water until it’s your desired consistency (the less water you use the creamier it’ll be). Add natural flavored protein powder if you want it higher in protein! Enjoy.

Tip: Add bacon bits to it for a bacon ranch dressing!
